Rezz presents a very special Halloween Weekend with REZZ ROCKS IV at Red Rocks Amphitheater on Friday, October 28th 2022 with very special guests, Of The Trees, Chee, Kill Script, Canabliss and Fise. Grab some tickets and get ready to Halloween it up with a series of dark and gloomy sets, where you will have to find your way by laser light and deep base alone. Tonight’s show is looking like it’s going to be a slightly scarier version of REZZ’s new spiral set, probably with some mystic symbolism and lighting, beware you don’t fall too far into the spiral.
The Ukrainian born REZZ, now living in Niagara Falls, Ontario, was Isabelle Rezazadeh, before she transcended this plane of existence by producing state of the art, genre-bending works, while striking a sharp balance between bass heavy and minimal tech compositions, she oozes originality and stands shoulder to shoulder with the very best in the electronic music scene, and is the undisputed female leader of the electronic music world, topping line-ups alongside mega-stars like Diplo, Marshmello, and ZEDD, and has played everywhere from Coachella to Austin City Limits to Electric Forest, and right here at regularly sold out Red Rocks gigs.
REZZ has won the Juno Award for Electronic Album of the Year for three years in a row for her albums, Mass Manipulation, in 2018, Certain Kind of Magic, in 2019 and her latest EP, Beyond the Senses, in 2020. She is currently touring her latest album, Spiral, which came out in 2021, and her latest singles from this year are "Menace", and her collaboration with Subtronics, "Puzzle Box".
Of The Trees is a producer and visual artist originally rooted in Maine, now residing in Denver, Colorado. Melding strong influences from hip hop, downtempo, and EDM – Of the Trees has crafted his own special blend of bass-heavy beats that keep the listening (and live) experience full of surprising twists and turns.
South African producer CHEE’s unique hybrid sound erupted into the international domain in 2016 with the release of his Shrodinger EP on Dutch label Underslung and several self-releases. His music is consistently evading being pigeonholed and refuses to be classified due to his unrelenting urge to experiment and explore fresh new sounds.
