Gracie Abrams at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

This time around, she's headlining the biggest venues of her career on The Secret of Us Deluxe Tour.

As Taylor wrapped up her Eras Tour, alongside the Swifties - Abrams is also grieving its end. "Every time I’ve opened for her, I watch and learn. I learned from her every time we have a conversation about the weather, even," she told NYLON, recalling how everyone's been crying on the last day of the tour.

When she started touring with Taylor, Abrams came fresh from the release of her debut record. When she went back on stage for the Eras' October shows, "That's So True" just came out, marking a significant shift in the stadium's energy. "It was really wild. It felt different, for sure. There is something really psychotic about being able to hear voices in the stadium singing sh*t back at you. It’s like, ‘What the f*ck?’" she shared.

With Taylor's tour feeling like a classroom in preparation for her own upcoming trek - with the biggest venues of her career yet, Abrams has definitely grown a lot since her debut. From freaking out about 100-cap rooms to stadiums and arenas today, she's living out her pop stardom dreams. Largely inspired by Taylor "in a million ways," she says new music is gonna keep coming. "I want to just keep it coming while I’m in this period of writing as frequently as I am," she told NYLON.
