Sing with me, How Great Is Our God...

The man behind one of the world's most beloved praise songs out there, Chris Tomlin, is kicking off a one-of-a-kind worship tour this year. The "How Great Is Our God" singer & composer just unveiled this year's "Worship Under The Stars" tour. Following his "Holy Forever World Tour", the man isn't holding back from sharing God's grace to a live audience. These nights of worship will definitely have you singing out loud, raising your hands, and shedding oceans of tears as faith ignites.

Lifting up "Our God" Through the Years

Since 1993, Chris Tomlin has been making music that speak to the soul, sharing faith, hope, and love. Signing onto Sixstepsrecords in 2000, his work for the ministry became magnified around the world. In 2004, his "Arriving" LP charted on Billboard's Hot Christian Albums, and subsequently topping the chart six times. He also has records that charted on the Billboard 200, with 2013's "Burning Lights" topping the list at the time. It's the fourth contemporary Christian music album to do so in history.

Crying out Jesus' name in every song, his big hits include "Holy Is the Lord", "Whom Shall I Fear (God of Angel Armies)", "Our God", "How Great Is Our God", and "Holy Forever".

His most recent LP, "Always", marks the man's commitment to making His name known. Always and forever, His mighty hand is always at the heart of His people. Tomlin considers the title track to be an eternal song, "Hebrews 13:8 kinda is the heart behind it. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever... it’s a reminder that our faith is not 30 minutes old," he told Worship Leader Magazine. A faith that's passed on to generations before us, Tomlin seeks to remind believers that faith is an eternal bond with the Lord.

On tour, Tomlin hopes to have believers experiencing God's grace in every single night. About last year's Holy Forever World Tour, the man told Billboard, "I always pray when people are walking through those doors that they sense the grace of God, that on these nights people who are carrying heavy burdens are lifted up again in their soul and they’re reminded of God’s grace, to remind us of something greater than ourselves."

Worship Under The Stars

The first of its kind, Chris Tomlin's new tour only has carefully-selected open-air venues on the list. Witness the vast beauty of His creation in a night of worship like never before.

"One of the things I love about worship is it causes us to lift our eyes off of ourselves for a minute—to remember the goodness of God, the greatness of God, the mercy of God, the power of God," Tomlin shared in an announcement. "Especially when we’re in His creation. You lift your eyes, you see the stars, you see the beauty of God’s creation around you, and you’re reminded of His goodness in a time where I feel like we need it more than ever."

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20
