Long Hair Long Life has got two grand spankin' rock phenoms on the bill and their hitting up 25 cities, including Morrison, Colorado. The Red Rocks with be lighting up, literally as these acts turn up the stage with their magnificent titles. Peach Pit is preparing to bring their new album, Magpie, centerstage. The band belted out this fantastic gem, following their incredible work with From 2 to 3, You and Your Friends, and their fantastic debut release, Being So Normal. Becoming a force in the indie rock circuit a decade ago, Peach Pit made a remarkable park with “Alright Aphrodite,” which served as their entry into the Billboard charts.
Meanwhile, folk rock wunderkind Briston Maroney is celebrating the 10th year since dropping his debut EP, Reason to Shake. The folk rock phenom found amazing success with tracks like “Under My Skin,” “Freakin’ Out on the Interstate,” “I’ve Been Waiting,” and “Small Talk.” The multi talented singer-songwriter and guitarist dropped his latest album, Ultrarapture in 2023, spawning singles “Rollercoaster,” “Cinnamon,” and “The Kids.”
Both have grown a pretty loyal and massive following. Peach Pit is known for their astounding live performances, a force to be reckoned as they deliver dynamism, incredible craft, and undeniable stamina. The band has a setlist that’s mighty packed with an average of 20 songs. Meanwhile, Maroney has displayed awesome musicianship since his time with bluegrass band, Subtleclutch. He found amazing success when he finally went solo in 2018 after signing with Canvasback Music and Atlantic Records.
