The album spawned hits that were featured in Austin City Limits, Rescue Me, Alias, and She’s the Man. With the magnificent success of his debut work, LaMontagne quickly became the frontrunner in the folk rock circuit. His later works like God Willin’ and the Creeks Don’t Rise gained incredible recognition, including a Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Folk Album.
