Written by Mendes and co-produced alongside Scott Harris, Mike Sabath, Nate Mercereau, and Eddie Benjamin, with songwriting credits for Amy Allen and Ethan Gruska, Shawn shares how making the album was a healing journey. Finding the strength to get back in the studio, his words breathe life.

“Music really can be medicine. 2 years ago I felt like I had absolutely no idea who I was. A year ago I couldn’t step into a studio without falling into complete panic. So to be here right now with 12 beautiful finished songs feels like such a gift,” he shared in a heartfelt letter about his new album.

With life back in his hands, he looks back at brutal challenges he faced with heads up high. This album is dedicated to everyone who made it through with him. That includes YOU.
