He will be joined by Sting’s long time collaborator and guitarist Dominic Miller, and on the drums Chris Maas, known for his work with Mumford & Sons.

The multiple Grammy Award winning rock star is expected to play the classics such as ‘Englishman in New York,’ ‘Shape of My Heart,’ ‘All This Time,’ and newer materials.

STING 3.0 Tour

One of the world’s top rock stars is back in the States and is heading your way with a new tour!

British rock legend Sting will be playing at the [venue], [city], on [date]. He is back on tour with “3.0”, to play some of the most notable and monumental tracks of all time. The tour’s name is a reflection on Sting’s band, accompanied by Guitarist Dominic Miller and Drummer Chris Maas. Both with decades of experience and a vast list of artists and musicians they have collaborated with.

About

Sting, born Gordon Matthew Sumner, is an English musician, activist and actor. His career began as a songwriter, frontman and bassist for world renowned new wave band, The Police, in 1977. The band broke up in 1986, however, Sting had already launched his solo journey the year prior. With this new endeavour, Sting began to implement multiple new genres and sounds in his music such as rock, jazz, reggae, classical, new-age, and worldbeat. During Sting’s solo career, he has released 15 studio albums and numerous hits that made it to the Billboard charts. Fan favorite hits are ‘Englishman in New York,’ ‘Shape of My Heart,’ ‘All This Time,’ and number 1 single ‘All for Love.’ Sting’s long music career has honored him with multiple awards such as the Brits Awards, Grammy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and NME. 

3.0 Band Members

Dominic Miller is a British musician and composer. He is notably known for his work as a guitarist for Sting, and has worked with many others as a sideman and guitarist. Dominic Miller has recorded music and toured with Sting since 1990, and co-wrote one of the globally known rock songs ‘Shape of My Heart.’

Chris Maas is a London based session drummer and percussionist from Luxembourg. He has over 25 years of music career and has worked with various artists and bands. Chris Maas is notably known for his work with Mumford & Sons, from 2015 to 2021, and currently as part of Sting’s new project Sting 3.0. He has also worked with Example, The Pierces and Maggie Rogers.
