Zedd at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Known for his chart-topping hits and star-studded collaborations in EDM music, ZEDD is one of the world's best and highly acclaimed DJs. Since his 2015 sophomore LP "True Colors", fans have long awaited the release of his next album. Now, we're inches away from hearing his new material. In a surprise announcement at his recent EDC Las Vegas performance, everyone was hyped up for new bangers by the EDM king.

In support of his forthcoming project, ZEDD just announced the US leg of the TELOS TOUR. Kicking it off in LA this September, the DJ will be bringing his iconic sound and spectacular live productions across the country. On October 15th, he's taking the record for a live spin at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater. Situated between two giant red rocks, it's the perfect venue with top-notch acoustics for a massive rave party.

Though little is still known about his new project, Zedd teased that it's his "most genuine and deeply personal album" yet. We're also still on the lookout for new singles dropping anytime soon.

His last release was 2014's "True Colors" which serves his hit singles "I Want You to Know" featuring Selena Gomez, "Beautiful Now" featuring Jon Bellion, and "True Colors" with Kesha. In the succeeding years, he continued to release collaborations with various artists such as "Stay" with Alessia Cara, "The Middle" with Maren Morris and Grey, "Happy Now" with Elley Duhé, "Lost in Japan" remix with Shawn Mendes, and many more.

In a conversation with USA TODAY, Zedd shares new light about his upcoming release, sharing how he desires to share something special and meaningful with his fans. "I kind of miss the days where albums had meaning and they were able to give you deeper experience than just some random songs slapped together, which in my opinion a lot of albums these days are," he said.

Explaining how he's achieved so much in his career than he's ever dreamed of, he desires to put out something really special for his fans. "I just ask myself the question what the point would be to making an album if it wasn’t to do something that’s deeply special and honest and would give fans the experience that I kind of crave and can rarely find these days," he added.

A multi-platinum selling and Grammy Award-winning artist, Zedd's music shaped the EDM scene for many years to come. With legendary hits such as "Clarity" and "Stay the Night" up his sleeve, he's been highly regarded as one of EDM's most influential artists.
