Zeds Dead at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Formed back in 2009 by producers/DJs Dylan “DC” Mamid and Zachary “Hooks” Rapp-Rovan, Zeds Dead is a Toronto electronic duo. In fact, they are one of the most successful independent electronic acts of the past decade, racking up hundreds of millions of streams, dozens of Top 20 Billboard smash hits and several JUNO Award nominations.

Over the years, Zeds Dead have crafted a limitless sound, which includes a number of breakout singles, remixes and extended plays. In 2016, the duo dropped their debut album, 'Northern Lights,' which stars Diplo, Twin Shadow, Pusha T, and Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo - just to name a few. The record was such a hit with fans and critics alike that it became a Top 10 staple on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts. It even bagged a nomination for Dance Recording of the Year at the JUNO Awards.

That year, Zeds Dead also launched their tastemaker Deadbeats Records. It's so successful that it is known as one of the leading independent labels in dance music today, with more than a whopping 150 releases from emerging artists, such as DNMO, PEEKABOO, Subtronics, 1788-L, and more. Deadbeats Records has issued a number of compilations: We Are Deadbeats (Vol. 1 - Vol. 4), which boasts original tracks from a wide roster of talented artists, including Zeds Dead themselves.

Along the way, Zeds Dead and Deadbeats expanded into the live events scene through the branded Deadbeats Tour and the annual DeadRocks, a must-see headlining show at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver.
